Logan Link is a 45 hectare mixed industry subdivision across three stages, located on Wembley Road, Berrinba. HPC are responsible for obtaining and managing the ongoing planning approvals across Logan Link South (Stage 2).
Logan Link South is subject to detailed scheduling of road closures, land parcel amalgamations, new roads and land dedications associated with the Logan Motorway interchange. HPC’s planning and design teams are responsible for preparing and managing the supporting Structure Plan, Staging Plan, Masterplans and Infrastructure Agreements together with obtaining the relevant statutory approvals, negotiating road closures and resumptions with the Department of Transport and Main Roads and the coordination of the multidisciplinary project teams.
