Holt Street Logistics Precinct

HPC have secured development approval and subsequent minor amendments for logistics uses on over 4 hectares of industrial land in Pinkenba. The development includes 18,000m² of warehouse/distribution and ancillary office floor area across two buildings and four tenancies. The application process involved resolution of environmental issues including site contamination, acid sulfate soils, protected vegetation and marine plant removal requiring State approval.

In addition to new development approvals at 200 Holt Street, HPC have provided consultancy services in relation to our client’s adjacent industrial holdings including extensions and refurbishment of an existing 20,000m² warehousing and distribution facility at 180 Holt Street and due diligence advice leading to the acquisition of 661 Curtin Avenue, Pinkenba.
