Acting as lead consultant of a multi-disciplinary project team, HPC successfully secured development approval for a mixed-use proposal and land subdivision on a highly constrained site located within the Low Density Residential Zone in Carina Heights. The proposal included a child care centre (135 licenced places), office and apartments. The team addressed issues relating to land use, bulk, waterway corridor, amenity, flooding and bushfire.

HPC is currently negotiating a Change Application to amend the design to reflect the prospective child care centre operator’s evolving operational requirements.
