Providing planning and design services, HPC obtained development approval for a 24-unit apartment development at Taigum featuring two new 3-storey buildings, communal grounds, pool and at-grade car parking. As part of the development approval, HPC were responsible for the structure planning and subsequent approvals for new road connections as well as local park dedication on the subject site and adjoining properties.
