Acting on behalf of the Salvation Army, HPC successfully gained development approval for the Moonyah Drug Recovery Centre. The new recovery centre and dormitory provides facilities for people adversely affected by alcohol, drugs and gambling. The important new community project will provide much needed care and safe accommodation.
